Profile

Stephanie Klebba is a Berlin-based senior advisor and program leader with more than fifteen years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical-device strategy. Her work spans market access and health-economics advisory, partnership development, and program operations — translating clinical value into payer, HTA, and patient-facing strategy across Europe and the United States.

She studied bioengineering at the University of Pennsylvania and has spent her career bridging the science of therapeutics with the commercial realities of bringing them to patients. Earlier chapters in Philadelphia and London focused on pricing-and-access consulting for global pharmaceutical clients. An independent practice extended that work to medical devices and digital therapeutics, and to direct-to-patient pricing in both US and EU systems. She currently leads cross-functional programs and partnerships at a leading life-sciences analytics firm in Berlin.
